Support

A person reads every one of these · Vocket is operated by Esforge

Vocket is a small team, and support is a person rather than a queue. Write to hello@tryvocket.com and you will hear back within one business day.

If something has gone wrong with billing records specifically, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front — a time entry that did or did not reach Clio is not a thing to leave sitting overnight.

Anything at all

One business day, usually much sooner.

Security

Vulnerability reports are acknowledged within two business days. See the security page for what we do and do not claim.

It helps enormously if you include roughly when it happened and what you expected instead. You never need to send us a transcript or a client name — we can find the capture from a timestamp, and we would rather you didn't put client information in an email.

The common ones

Something wouldn't file to Clio

Vocket tells you why on the item itself. The three usual causes: Clio needs payment details updated (Clio refuses new entries until it is sorted, and says so), Clio isn't connected (You → Clio → Connect), or the entry is held back for a correction — an amount Vocket could not match to your own words is never filed on a guess. Held items show a "Fix it" button.

I can't tell whether something was filed

Open the capture. Each item says where it landed, with its Clio record number, and the audit trail shows heard → proposed → edited → filed → undone with timestamps. If it says filed, it is in Clio; if you undo it, it is deleted from Clio and the capture returns to your Inbox.

I recorded something and it hasn't appeared

Check the Inbox. A capture recorded without signal waits on your phone and sends itself when you have a connection — it is listed there as waiting, and nothing is lost. If it says "stuck on this phone", the recording is still safe and you can retry it.

I'm signed out and can't get back in

Vocket signs you in by email. If the code or link does not arrive, check spam, then write to us — we can confirm the address on the account.

I want to disconnect Clio

In the app: You → Clio → Disconnect. From Clio's side: Settings → Apps, and remove Vocket. Either works, and neither deletes anything already filed — those records are yours, in your Clio.

I want my data, or I want it gone

You → Security & data. Export everything gives you your captures, transcripts, proposals and the full audit trail. Delete everything removes your Vocket account and its contents. Records already written to Clio stay in Clio — they are yours, in your own system, and we will not reach into it to remove them.

What we ask of you

Status and incidents

There is no status page yet — with a beta this size, a mail to hello@tryvocket.com reaches a human faster than a dashboard would tell you anything. If Vocket is unavailable, your recordings still work: they are stored on your phone and send themselves when the service returns. That is the design, not a workaround.
